VIRGINIA - One of the four suspects who police say robbed a 79–year–old man in Virginia has pleaded guilty.
Twenty-seven year–old Scott Villebrun made the plea to a simple robbery charge Monday.
A first degree robbery charge was dropped.
Court documents say the group planned to rob the man at a bank parking lot.
The documents also say suspect Jeffrey Boney punched the man in the face, broke his nose and then ran off with $350.
Villebrun will be sentenced in July.
