DULUTH - A Duluth memorial commemorating children who have died will soon be unveiled.
It's been three years in the making and now the Angel of Hope Memorial in Leif Erickson Park is complete.
The project cost $15,000 and will serve as a place for parents who have lost a child to gather.
"Not only do they get a sense that you're not alone, but maybe it's a good way of meeting other people,” said Debbie Davis with the Angel of Hope fundraising committee. “Maybe getting some support from another parent that has gone through a tragedy."
The dedication will take place tomorrow at 6:00 p.m.
The first 75 guests will receive an Angle of Hope t–shirt.
