SUPERIOR - The festivities kicked off all across the nation and in Superior people honored the red, white and blue at the city's annual parade.
A fighter jet fly–over started off the parade.
Hundreds of people lined 28th Ave. to see nearly 100 floats.
Entertainment ranged from bag pipers to marching bands, motorcyclists to politicians and everything in between.
"I'm quite impressed with all the people that are here,” said Parade goer Sharon Peterson. “I just never realized that there were that many floats and people in it so it's so far impressive."
The parade started at Superior High School and ended at the middle school.
