SOUTH SUPERIOR - It's a turkey. It's a duck. It's a chicken. No, wait! It's a Turducken – and it's a tradition at Superior Meats.
Wednesday, the crew was whipping up the beastly meal, very carefully.
The three meats are assembled and filled with stuffing before they become the tasty conversation piece at the dinner table.
"It's very impressive when you pull that out of your oven and you put it on a plate and set it on the table. Your guests are just totally impressed," said Mike Craigin, of Superior Meats.
If you feel like you've missed out, Superior Meats also sells Turducken for other occasions, like Christmas.
It cost $90 and weighs in at 25 pounds.
