DULUTH-Two otters celebrated a milestone on Saturday-turning one year older.

Anang, 16, and Zoosh, 13, from the Great Lakes Aquarium celebrated their birthdays by hosting special events where community members could make crafts, learn about the otters, and eat birthday cake.

"It's kind of a special deal for us to celebrate them,” said communication coordinator for the aquarium, Allison Iacone. They're some of our most popular animals at the aquarium; everyone loves them, especially the kids. And who doesn't love a birthday party?"

The event lasted from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
