DULUTH - A Duluth man is now charged with allegedly stabbing another man with a sword. Thursday 43 year old Kyle McClain was charged with first and second degree assault.

On Monday Duluth Police were called to the detox center where a 43 year old man had a stab wound to his chest.

Officers say they followed a trail of blood back to the victim's home, found three men inside and were able to arrest McClain after an investigation.

McClain is also facing a probation violation for a 2011 third degree DWI charge because of his alleged involvement in this stabbing incident.
