WARBA - At least one person was seriously hurt Monday night in a one-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 2 near Warba.
The Minnesota State Patrol reports a 1995 Pontiac Transport traveling westbound on Highway 2 lost control in icy conditions, entered the northbound ditch and rolled several times.
The accident occurred about 9:30 p.m. at Itasca County Road 426 near Warba.
The State Patrol reports two people were in the vehicle, and classified the incident as a serious-injury crash, but has not yet released any additional information. The individuals' names and conditions are slated to be released later Tuesday morning.
The Itasca County Sheriff's Office assisted at the crash scene.
