DULUTH, Minn. -

Congressman Rick Nolan and Senator Al Franken made a campaign stop in Duluth today.

The two lawmakers toured the port and held a conference to address the problems Minnesotans face in getting help for mental health crises.

"Most families, if they're big enough, have someone who has struggled with mental health issues and, in the case of crises where suicide is being contemplated, we have a lack of beds, we have a lack of providers," says DFL Congressman Rick Nolan.

Nolan is running for re-election in his congressional district against Republican Stewart Mills.
