Halvor Lines recognizes addiction is a growing problem affecting people from all walks of life.

That's why company leaders decided to show support by donating proceeds from this week's events to the Twin Ports Recovery Walk, a special event that will take place on September 24th.

The health and wellness fair today included a variety of resource tables from Essentia Health, the Superior Police Department, Center for Muscle and Joint Therapy and many more..

Halvor Lines makes it a priority to support employee health.

Debbie Landry, the Director of Driver Services, said "Drivers bring you strawberries from California and oranges from Florida. Everything you buy comes from a truck at some point."

The company also honored some of its own truck driving employees who have driven between 1 and 4 million miles.
