DULUTH, Minn. -

A meeting was held in Duluth where St, Louis County Commissioner candidate Beth Olson and Minnesota state house candidate Liz Olson talked about issues that impact the community, and the importance of voting.

"This election is incredibly crucial in a lot of different ways but especially to public workers like ourselves, and to the communities that we support and serve to make sure we’re electing candidates who support that work," said Laura Birnbaum, an AFSCME member.

Many of the meeting’s attendees cast their vote on Wednesday.
