A St. Cloud man has pleaded guilty to setting a fire last month at the St. Cloud Public Library.
47-year-old Jorge Ozornia pleaded guilty, Monday to one count of first-degree arson. The St. Cloud times reports his sentencing is set for November 21.
Ozornia was accused of starting a fire on a chair on the second floor of the library on August 17 and feeding it with pages torn from a book.
According to a complaint, Ozornia told two people who were watching him fan the flames that they should call the police.
The fire damaged flooring, walls, and furniture.
The library remains closed while clean up continues.
