CLOQUET, Minn. -

Cloquet’s R.W. Lindholm Service Station, better known as the Frank Lloyd Wright Gas station, is getting new owners.

For the first time since opening, the new owners aren’t descendants of the original owners, but they’re no strangers to the business. Chris Chartier, one of the 2 owners has been working at the station since 1982. When he heard the station was up for sale, he knew he wanted to continue doing what he was doing, so he took matters in to his own hands.

"I’ve been here forever and this is what I do and it’s pretty popular spot, good location, our business has always been good so," said Chartier.

The other owner is Don Mckay, also a Mechanic at the station.
