DULUTH, Minn. -

The 34th Annual Health and Human Service Conference took place at the DECC today.

The conference offers 106 workshops, 16 institutes and 150 exhibits.

Workshop topics include healing wounds caused by chemical dependency, helping children who are victims of trauma and more than 20 sessions addressing issues of diversity and inclusion.

Mary Lawson, the Chairperson of the Conference, said "All of our speakers, over 300, donate their time to share practices and to help bring dignity in St. Louis county and throughout Minnesota."

The St. Louis county health conference is the second largest in the state for health and human services professionals.
