DULUTH, Minn. -

Today the University of Minnesota-Duluth held its second annual Entrepreneurship Conference.

This conference is a forum that features local, regional, and national entrepreneurs.

The day offers a chance for students and community members to learn from leaders who shared different perspectives on how to start, run, and grow a business.

In addition, there were three professional workshops for individuals interested in learning more about starting a business.

Jiren Mabamba, the 2016 Conference Director, said "The great thing is to come hear different perspectives and stories from well known entrepreneurs and make things happen in the community."

The conference is completely student–run.
