DULUTH, Minn. -

This week is Homecoming week at UMD, and the whole campus is buzzing with excitement.

Sweet corn sizzles on the grill as a corn roast kicks off the week’s festivities.

There is plenty for students to look forward to this week and plenty to eat as well; student leaders say each day will offer a different kind of food for students to try.

And there’s a big change for the homecoming parade – this year it will be on campus on Saturday morning.

“[We are] super excited! We have tons of different events,” said Homecoming Traditions Chair Andrew Fisher. “[There is] an event every day! So I’m super excited and it should be a good week.”

The homecoming football game will be at 1:05pm on Saturday against Northern State.
