DULUTH, Minn. -

After a two year renovation project, the Chris Jensen Health and Rehabilitation Center held an open house to show off their new spaces.

Everything from flooring to the resident bedrooms and furniture was redone or replaced.

"We had many resident engineers observing and supervising the project and it's just their enjoyment and the enjoyment of the staff to see our facility transition to a beautiful place," said executive director Amy Porter.

The project took two years so it made as little of a disturbance as possible for its residents.

Chris Jensen has room for 170 residents and also has a short term rehabilitation unit.
