DULUTH, Minn. -

Duluth Mayor Emily Larson has put a big focus on bringing city hall out to the city she serves.

Her latest City Hall in the City brought her and other city officials to Councilor Elissa Hansen's district.

Park Point residents spoke to the mayor about issues affecting them such as trash and traffic, as well as police and fire presence in the area.

"I think it's great to feel heard. I have a mayor that has an open door policy and wants to reach out and go into communities. I guess it makes us feel well represented and like we matter and that citizens have a voice in what happens in their beautiful city," said Dawn Buck of the Park Point Community Club.

The next City Hall in the City will be held in Councilor Howie Hanson's district on September 13th.
