The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Hibbing will soon close its doors on September 17th.
The store helped support the organization's efforts in the area. No programs or services will be eliminated.
"I just hope we can continue to support the Hibbing Salvation Army. If we can't support it through the store, I hope that people will remember it's there and be supporting it at the kettle drives, you know the other opportunities to donate," said Hibbing resident Gayle Goff.
The Hibbing store will no longer accept any more donations and will hold a 50% off sale on remaining inventory.
The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Virginia recently closed as well.
