After three successful Pop-Up campaigns, the Greater Downtown Council is once again seeking retailers interested in short-term store front spaces in Downtown Duluth. The spaces will be available for rent for 2-3 months this holiday season.

Pop-Up Downtown is aimed at activating vacant storefronts during the holiday season. Businesses interested must be operational by Small Business Saturday on November 26.

"A lot of entrepreneurs have been inquiring about the program and its kick-off," said Kristi Strokes, President of the Greater Downtown Council. "It helped to bring more retail to our downtown and has also led to some longer term leases. But our available space is very limited this year, so interested entrepreneurs should act quickly."

Current Available Locations:
315 W Superior Street - 2,500 sq. ft.  (Formerly Bagley & Co. Jewelers)
207 W Superior Street - 164 sq. ft. on skywalk of Holiday Center (Formerly Skyline Shuttle)
