Voters have removed two incumbents from the Duluth School Board, and soundly defeated a proposed $58 million project in Hermantown.  FOX 21 is the only TV station covering races across the entire Duluth TV viewing area, from International Falls to Cook County to Ironwood.  Here are the latest election results from FOX 21 News and the Duluth News Tribune:
