TWIG - Eight departments responded to a blaze in Twig Saturday.A fire engulfed one side of the house when crews arrived on scene around 2:30 in the afternoon.One person was sleeping inside when the fire started, but escaped after hearing a smoke detector go off.As a precaution an ambulance took the 21–year–old to St. Luke's in Duluth for possible smoke inhalation.The fire's cause is now under investigation.
