DULUTH - You don't have to have yourself a merry little time in jail if you plan ahead for a sober ride.That's the message Duluth Police want drivers to hear this holiday season.They're teaming up with surrounding law enforcement agenciesto enhance their DWI patrols aimed at getting drunk drivers off the roads.The campaign kicked off Thursday and runs through the end ofthe month.
