DULUTH - Duluth politicians are preparing to celebrate bonding money secured for a downtown transportation center. Six million dollars is planned for a downtown train and busing facility for use of the Duluth Transit authority, and also possibly the Northern Lights Express. Mayor Don Ness, the DTA, and State Representative Kerry Gauthier plan to make an official announcement on the allotment Monday.
