Man Accused of Burglarizing Duluth's Horseshoe Billiard Owner

DULUTH, MN
DULUTH - The owner of Duluth's Horseshoe Billiards became a victim of burglary. Police say 29–year–old Jeremy Carter is the suspect. The incident happened on the 2400 Block of West Superior Street. Carter allegedly knocked the owner to the ground when confronted. He's in Saint Louis County Jail now. He's charged with first degree burglary and fifth degree assault. He's also accused of another nearby burglary.
