HAYWARD - A trial is now set for one of the suspects in a fatal stabbing death on the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation last year. Nineteen year old Caleb Miller is facing two counts of first degree murder, battery and criminal trespassing in connection to 23 year old John McDaniel's death, and his brother's stabbing. His trial now is scheduled to start the first week of Jan. 7, 2013. Twenty-one year old Marvin Corbine is also facing charges for the crime and will be in court in June.
