CLOQUET - A former Cloquet bus driver is charged after allegedly pulling a first–grader's hair.
Seventy-three year old Raymond Thomsen is charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct by Cloquet's City Attorney.
District officials say Thomsen pulled the Churchill Elementary student's hair to get the boy to behave.
The driver was not a school district employee.
He worked for the Cloquet Transit Company who fired him after the incident.
The company is contracted by the District.
Thomsen will be back in court in June for his arraignment.
