MINNEAPOLIS (AP) _ With more than three months to play in the season, Kevin Durant and the Oklahoma City Thunder have already reached new heights.
Durant had 31 points and 10 rebounds, and the Thunder eclipsed their win total from all of last season with a 94-92 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday night. Durant topped 30 points for the 13th time in the last 16 games. Jeff Green added 15 points and nine rebounds for the Thunder (24-18). Corey Brewer had 25 points, six assists and five rebounds, and Al Jefferson added 20 points and nine boards for the Timberwolves, who had a chance to tie or take the lead twice in the closing seconds.
