OLIVER - A neighborhood bar is doing big things to help out local veterans.
Every Wednesday night, El Dorado Bar and Grill holds a meat raffle where they raffle off six different meat platters.
Tickets are $1 and all of the proceeds go to help pay for food and personal hygene items for homeless veterans in Duluth.
MACV, along with the restaurant and local community members, helped to raise $11,000 last year, and their goal this year is $15,000.
Usually between 30 and 40 people attend to help out the cause and have a good time.
They raised $324 on Wednesday night.
