Spaghetti Feed Helps Fund Local Iditarod Musher

If you’re hungry for pasta, you can get a $10 bowl of spaghetti while supporting Beargrease champion and Iditarod competitor Nathan Schroeder.

Thursday and Friday, Green Mill in Canal Park is hosting a spaghetti feed fundraiser to help the local musher compete in his second Alaskan Iditarod.

“Entry fees, my whole trip, wage losses, it’s over 50 grand,” said experienced musher, Nathan Schroeder.

Last year, Schroeder took 17th place and rookie of the year.

This year, he hopes to make the top 10.
