Birch Tree Center Holds Grand Opening

A new mental health-care facility celebrated its grand opening Thursday.

The Birch Tree Center has a residential wing with 12 individual rooms, as well as a mobile crisis team that is on call to serve clients in need at home.

The building is flooded with natural light, green space, and outdoor visibility.

“There are a lot of studies coming out now that are showing that the visibility to nature and green space are really key to just helping the healing process,” said Jeff Bradley, general partner at Rule 36 Limited Partnerships of Duluth.

The new health center is located on Burning Tree Road below Schneiderman’s.
