Pro-Life Ministries of Duluth March for Women

Thursday marked the anniversary of the 1973 Supreme Court decision in Roe vs. Wade, which says women can have a legal abortion.

Pro-life Ministries of Duluth remembered the ruling Thursday by marching for 56 million lives lost.

Leaders say now is the time to take a stand for life, and they hope to make a positive pro-life impact on community.

“Abortion does not giver her consolation.  It does not help her.  It makes it worse for her.  So, we would like to end abortion.  100 percent we would like to have that call of action,” said Assistant Director at Pro-Life Ministries, Sarah Winandy.

Nearly 100 people participated in the march.
