Gamers in Duluth have something new to be excited about.

8 Bit Classic Collection is a new store that opened Monday.

You can find it on 28 West First Street.

It features mostly older systems, consuls and games like Xbox, Nintendo Play Station and Sega Genesis.

Owner and founder Jim Mattson got his interest in gaming from the classic Gameboy but his favorite system of all time is the original Xbox.

“They gave you this gigantic brick of a controller and I got big hands and it was awesome and I’m like yeah this controller fits in my hands. Then I’m playing like PlayStation Two, and I’m like I’m gonna break this,” said Mattson.

The store is open from noon to six Monday through Saturday.
