In this week’s Cooking Connection, William makes a Chocolate Pots De Creme with Whole Foods Co-op.

Chocolate After Dark is a fundraiser for The Arc Northland.

There will be 10 different vendors giving out samples of their dishes. 

It is Tuesday, February 17, 2015 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Greysolon Plaza.

Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door.
