Noah Hobbs has put in his bid for the Duluth City Council At-Large position.

Hobbs is the president of the Meritt Park Community Club and is involved in various boards including CHUM and PAVSA.

He tells FOX 21 failing infrastructure and investments in river corridor neighborhoods are his top priorities.

“I think Duluth is moving in a positive direction,” said Hobbs. “I’ve been proud to see how it’s been doing in the last eight years and I intend to build that positive momentum that we have already built.”

Hobbs will kick off his campaign mid-April at Carmody Irish Pub.
