Hayward Woman Makes Court Appearance on Homicide Charge

Hayward Woman in Court for Overdose Related Homicide

A 31 year old Hayward woman made an appearance in court Tuesday for first degree reckless homicide.

Rebecca Kerner has been formally charged with allegedly killing a Hayward woman.

Police believe she’s responsible for the woman’s drug-overdose death last October.

Another hearing in the case is set for Thursday.
