Superior is in the final leg of its mayoral election season.
The two candidates battled it out in an open panel discussion at UWS.
Failing infrastructure, crime rate and better housing were the main talking points.
Candidate, Jim Paine, says the most important element in his vision is that it is a long term vision.
“The most important investments we can make in a community are ones that look really far ahead in the future. It allows us to take bigger risks and make larger investments in changes that end up making a much bigger difference,” Paine said.
Hagen says his experience is what sets him apart.
“I’ve also managed small but also very large businesses, so I know what management is,” Hagen said.
The two both agree the city needs a bigger push to move in the right direction.
Election Day is April 7th.
