If you’ve been in downtown Duluth recently, you’ve likely seen the maurices tower getting taller and taller.
Crews just poured concrete for the parking ramp.
As it stands, the building is up to six floors.
Next month, the building will really start to take shape as construction crews will start working on floors seven through 11.
“This month we’ll be bringing in structural steel as well as pre-cast concrete so kind of the outside of the building so you’ll see that starting to go up about mid to late April,” said maurices representative, Laura Sieger.
Officials say the winter weather didn’t delay the project one bit.
It is scheduled to be done April 2016.
