Duluth Sex Offender Moves into Community

Had Sexual Contact With 11-Year-Old Boy

The Duluth Police Department is notifying the public on the release and relocation of a level three sex offender.

Alan Hagen, 46, is living in the area of 500 North 66th Avenue West in Duluth.

Hagen had sexual contact with an 11-year-old boy over a period of one year.

Hagen showed the boy internet pornography, had him fondle Hagen’s penis, performed penile-anal penetration, and performed fellatio on the boy, according to police.

Hagen had the boy spend weekends at his house and slept in the same bed with him.

He would give the boy alcohol, cigarettes, pop, candy and money, according to police.

Hagen was a friend of the boy’s father.
