Man Wanted for Crimes in Northern Wisconsin Arrested in Colorado

A wanted criminal in northern Wisconsin was apprehended in Colorado over the weekend.

Ross Wilson had been on the run for sometime and there were active state felony warrants for arrest and return to Washburn County and Barron County to face 4 counts of manufacture and delivery, two counts of keeping a drug house in Washburn County and 2 felony counts of manufacture and delivery of meth in Barron County.

In the meantime, Wilson was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury, several weeks ago, on these charges and an Federal arrest warrant was issued for his arrest and appearance before a Federal Magistrate.

U.S. Marshals Service became actively involved locating Wilson after the Federal Warrant was in place.

At some point in the near future Wilson will be returned to Madison to face further legal proceedings.
