Point of Rocks Apartment Plan Receives Financial Help

HRA Votes to Provide $1.13 Million to Developers

Developers planning to build a 114–unit apartment complex at Point of Rocks, got a financial boost from Duluth.

The city’s Housing and Redevelopment Authority unanimously voted to provide a $1.13 million TIF toward the project.

This assistance from the city means 40% of the units in the complex will be affordable housing apartments.
