The chilly weather may have some reaching for the warm blankets and if you’re in need, no worries!

A 2-day bedding and blanket sale fundraiser kicked off Tuesday morning to help raise money for St. Luke’s Volunteer Service Guild.

The Guild helps support patient care programs and medical equipment purchases.

The owner of JR Comfort says there is something for everyone.

“We have a lot of different blankets, sheets, bamboo pillows, throws, quilt sets and shams.  A lot of samples so people can touch and feel how soft they are,” said Owner of JR Comfort, Bill Rice.

Rice says he is excited to work with St. Luke’s for the 2nd year in a row.

“We bond with all the people that work at the hospital.  They look forward to us coming back and it’s nice that we tie in with fundraising so it’s a worth cause that helps out other people,” said Rice.

The sale continues Wednesday morning in the main lobby from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
