Dealing with mental health challenges, big and small, can be tough, but, there is help.

The Harmony Club in Duluth will be hosting its first Mental Health Fair Saturday, May 16 at Leif Erickson Park.

Local residents can connect with more than six community resources that can provide help they need, whether it’s learning about a particular illness or about healthy living.

“People need to know what there is out there as far as help and try to get rid of that stigma.  If we help one person and serve one person than it’s worth it.” said organizer, Tina Falk-Smith.

The fair runs from 12-2:30 p.m and is free to the public.
