Thousands laced up their sneakers to run, climb and bounce their way across the finish line in Superior Saturday morning.
The city hosted it’s first-ever Insane Inflatable 5K.
More than 3,000 people took part in the fun.
They raced their way around the Bong Airport as they jumped, climbed and bounced on nine inflatables spread throughout the course.
The event support Superior’s Youth Leadership Program for high school juniors and seniors.
“I have been telling people all week, don’t expect to get a great time on this event, but expect to have a great time,” said President of Superior’s Chamber David Minor.
The Youth Leadership Program is hopeful it will bring in $3,000 in donations.
