The Friends of the Duluth Public Library Book Sale kicked off in at the downtown library Monday.
While Monday’s event was closed to the public, the sale will continue to run Tuesday through Thursday.
Marcia Semerau chairs the book sale and said that while the books will be picked over the rest of the week, readers will still find some great reads at discount prices.
Paperback books are priced for as low as $.50 all week.
Thursday will be the final day of the sale where bargain hunters will be able to purchase a grocery bag of full of books for $4.00
