It’s been 20 years since the Superior neighborhood has celebrated Billings Park Days, but that drought ends now!

Plans are in the works for the family–fun based weekend, which will include, a carnival, a parade, skydivers, live music, movies in the park, and so much more.

Over 30 businesses in Billings Park have been making donations to pay for the event, which promises to be a weekend full of community fun.

“Nowadays you don’t really know your neighbors like you used to, and for us to bring that back, I think to get to know one another, would be good for the neighborhood,” said Craig Sutherland, Co-Chair for Billings Park Days.

The event is scheduled to return Friday, July 31 and Saturday, August 1.
