Saint Scholastica Buys Land in Bluestone Development

CSS Buys Land in Duluth

The College of Saint Scholastica has purchased half of the reaming land in the Bluestone Development.

They are not saying how much it cost at this time or what they plan to do with the land.

A school representative does say having the land gives them several options as a college and the school will make an announcement about their plans in the future.

The Bluestone Development currently has a number of retail chains, including a Pizza Hut Wing Street shop that’s coming, along with a 99-unit housing complex and a 142-unit complex that is being built.

Bluestone’s Developer, Mark Lambert, said they have been excited by the community’s reception.

He added they are also looking for a couple more retailers.
