A piece of Hollywood made its way to the Duluth Miller Hill Mall.
This was all part of the Roll out the Red Carpet for Reading, which is the final event of eight weeks of free children’s literacy programming at the mall.
Kids took a stroll down the red carpet, visited with princesses and participated in seven different activity stations to keep literacy fresh in their minds while school is out.
“The Duluth Library Foundation is really grateful that we’ve gotten to partner with so many great organizations to make this happen for kids,” said Patra Sevastiades with the Duluth Library Foundation. “It’s been wonderful and the support of the community has been fabulous so I’m really grateful.”
Duluth Mayor Don Ness read a book to the kids.
FOX 21’s Dan Hanger and Brewster mcd the event.
