For this week’s Cooking Connection, Bellisio’s Italian Restaurant makes their 3-course lunch for the FOX Sunrise crew.

Bellisio’s is offering the 3-course lunch for $12.99 Monday through Friday throughout the summer.

They tell FOX 21 you can choose from three salads for the first course, three entrees for the second course and three desserts for the third course.

This morning Meteorologist William Seay shows us how to make a Strawberry Arugula Salad, Shrimp Arugula Pasta, and a Strawberry Zabaglione.
