Scouts Dedicate Memorial To V.A.

Life Scout Troop 13 hosted a dedication ceremony Thursday at the V.A. clinic in Superior.

It was all part of Connor Garvey’s East Scout project to create a memorial space at the V.A for veterans to reflect.

“It’s a huge relief and I am so glad we were able to complete it so quickly and make it so nice. I just hope they have a nice place to reflect and just rest,” Garvey said.

The Superior American Legion Honor Guard also performed a flag-raising ceremony.
