The bus has been touring the U.S. since July of 2014 acknowledging people living with disabilities.

The act has affected everything from employment to the right to access buildings, community transportation and more.

“Now, everybody recognizes the minority of disability people as a group of people that are part of our community. We all have to concerned with inclusion,” said the President of North Country Independent Living, John Nousaine.

The act passed on July 26th, 1990.
